In 2015 we welcomed UMW Development, a new portfolio of the group entrusted with unlocking the land value in Serendah. As Malaysia's first high-value manufacturing industrial zone, this facility focuses on developing high precision, hard metal machinery for the aerospace, industrial and commercial development sectors.
